Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your NZ Barbershop account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This applies to both the app and the online booking system at app.nzbarber.com, which share one account.

Delete your account in the app

This is the quickest way:

• Open the NZ Barbershop app and sign in.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will be signed out once it finishes.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer sign in, contact us and we will delete your account for you. So we can find the right record, include the name and phone number or email on the account:

We will action verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, phone, email and profile photo.
• Your bookings and appointment history.
• Any reviews tied to your account.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or where we need it to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or complete a transaction that was already in progress. Anything kept is held only as long as that purpose requires and is not used to contact you.
